The NEAR living residential project has been developed in the up-and-coming Palmovka neighborhood, offering comfortable living with excellent access to Karlín, Holešovice, and Rohanský Island, all while being close to green spaces. The residence, comprising a total of 212 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom units and featuring a 425 m² communal garden, was designed with an emphasis on efficient use of space and high-quality standards, including underfloor heating and heat recovery.
