LOCATION
The village of Tuchoměřice lies 11 km northwest of the centre of Prague, on the upper reaches of the Únětice stream. Its roots date back to the 11th century. The village is dominated by a Renaissance castle, which gives it its unique character. Tuchoměřice and the surrounding area has a rich civic amenities with a wide range of services including schools, shops and restaurants. Full amenities can be found in the nearby surroundings - Horoměřice, Roztoky or Suchdol, and of course in Prague 6. Within a minute you can also reach the Prague Ring Road or the Václav Havel Airport.
There are also great opportunities for sports in the place. There is an equestrian area with the possibility of stabling horses, as well as cycling and hiking trails, swimming pool in nearby Suchdol, Slany or Kladno.
