The five-storey building offers classic, spacious apartment units, characteristic of the Dejvice and Bubeneč locality. As it is an immovable cultural monument, great emphasis has been placed on preserving the original features. The entrance hall has an original staircase, terrazzo floors, ceramic panelling, stucco and brass details. The offered flats, mostly oriented to the east side facing Československé armády Street, are bright and equipped with natural materials. Quality oak parquet floors are laid in the individual rooms, large-format tiles in the corridors, and bathrooms are fitted with design standards. The windows have double and single glazing and, like the wooden doors, are fitted with wood panelling to give the atmosphere of the Prague Art Nouveau style of the time.
The façade of the house is divided by distinctive architectural buttresses, which on the 6th floor are transformed into a loggia with supporting pillars. On the second and third floors there are balconies with circular ornaments. The house is connected to a number of other houses, whose central courtyard forms a pleasant garden oasis for the residents. A new glass elevator is also located in the courtyard.
