Elegant Art Nouveau villa for sale with views of Chianti, Loro Ciuffenna, Tuscany, Italy

About real estate

We are offering for sale the distinctive Tuscan residence Villa Bellatorre in the Loro Ciuffenna area, set amongst approximately 7,000 m² of terraced olive groves. This Art Nouveau-style villa offers approximately 900 m² of living space, 5–6 bedrooms, spacious terraces and panoramic views across the Valdarno valley to the Chianti hills. The exterior also features a swimming pool facing the setting sun.

Among the residence’s most striking features are a panoramic outdoor bath situated in a tower and a long, open-plan living area stretching the full length of the façade. Large windows and French doors flood the interior with natural light and connect the individual rooms with the surrounding landscape.

The main living floor, accessed via a grand external staircase, connects the living room, dining room, veranda and lounge. The kitchen, complete with a bar, has direct access to an east-facing terrace. The floor also houses a games room, a gym, a library, a bathroom and a cinema room inspired by the Art Deco style.

The upper floor comprises the private section of the house, with two spacious suites situated at opposite ends of the villa. The master suite features its own lounge, dressing room, bathroom, balcony, a separate west-facing terrace and access to the tower. The other three guest rooms are complemented by a large bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room. On the lower level, there is the original cellar hewn into the rock, now used as a tasting room, and a separately accessible staff flat.

The exterior features approximately 100 m² of panoramic terraces, a swimming pool and terraced olive groves. The former limonaia, with its three glazed arches, can be converted into a garage for up to three cars; there is also a spacious parking area in front of the villa.

The renovation, completed in early 2026, sensitively blends contemporary Italian interior design with the historic character of the residence. The villa is equipped with home automation, a Wi-Fi-controlled security system, air conditioning and a smart locking system, and is being sold fully furnished. Arezzo is approximately 30 minutes’ drive away, whilst Florence and the Chianti region are approximately 45 minutes’ drive away.
