New life for the original site

The Nová Cihelna Kladno project is inspired by the distinctive character of the former local brickyard. The main idea was to breathe new life into a place that already belongs to Kladno.

As such, the buildings contain many sophisticated details, whether it is the imaginative concept of compositions within the facing bricks on the facade or the interestingly conceived elements of the railings. Emphasis is placed on connection and proximity to nature, as well as ample natural light through large-format windows.

Energy concept

Technologies and their applications

The fundamental point in the development of the project concept was sustainability and low-energy operation in energy category A.

The building concept envisages heating with an air-to-water heat pump. Underfloor heating with cooling options will help maintain the ideal temperature, and the bathrooms will also have electric heating ladders for your comfort.

The daily supply of fresh air will be provided by the heat recovery system, the watering tanks will take care of the greenery. Thanks to filtration, you will always have access to high-quality drinking water with energy-saving pearlers. Of course, there is also a water-saving solution for domestic water.

For maximum energy efficiency, PV panels will be installed on the roofs.
