The first construction works have started on the Nová Cihelna Kladno project site. Preparatory and landscaping works are currently underway, which represent an important milestone in the entire construction process. The project has thus entered its implementation phase, and the actual shape of the new residential building will soon begin to take shape.

The sale of apartments has just started. Choose from a wide range of 104 apartments with balconies, terraces, loggias or gardens (except for a few selected units) and discover the right apartment for you. Each apartment comes with a cellar and there is a possibility to buy a parking space.
