For sporting activities there are nearby sports complexes, which include the Municipal Stadium Sletiště, football field, Aquapark Kladno, ice hockey stadium and hockey arena, BIOS sports hall, tennis club, riding arena, rope and trampoline park or inline track. For golf enthusiasts, there are several golf courses in the area in Horní Bezděkov or Beřovice.

The location of the project allows excellent connections to Prague - by car thanks to the D6 motorway, by bus thanks to the direct connection to Zličín or by train to the centre of Prague thanks to the fast railway. Prague's Zličín is accessible by car in 20 minutes, near the house public transport stop Kladno, Rozdělov with a direct connection to Zličín.
