Payment terms

Reservation fee of 5% of the purchase price of the apartment

 15 % of the total purchase price is payable upon signing the preliminary purchase agreement, including the reservation fee already paid.

Within 30 days of signing the reservation agreement, a future purchase agreement will be signed. The timing can be adjusted according to your requirements.

Additional payment of the purchase price after the unit's final approval - approximately Q3/2027
