The Rubin Palace residential building stands on the spa colonnade on Vřídelní Street. It was built in 1897 according to a design by Karlovy Vary architect Karel Heller, and in 2016, as a listed building, it was completely renovated according to a design by Italian engineer Stefano Stramigioli and completed by architects from the Soukup studio. All apartments are exclusively fully equipped according to the design of the famous German designer Simona Fritz, and a spacious SPA with a sauna and terrace can be purchased with them.


There are 6 apartments on six floors with layouts ranging from 2+kk to 4+kk with balconies or terraces. Two of them are maisonettes with cozy bedrooms in the attic. Without any modifications, it is possible to start living comfortably in the individual apartments right away or to rent them out completely or partially.
