Roubenka - a former hunting lodge from the 18th century offers accommodation for up to 24 people. It has its own kitchen with dining room and fireplace. Quadruple rooms have a shower and washbasin, toilets are shared.

The complex has its own sewage treatment plant, two boreholes, heating is provided by an electric boiler. There is a sandy beach near the breeding pond Vydymac and offers the possibility of natural swimming. Evženovo valley is located directly on the yellow tourist mark and is an ideal place for hiking or cycling. On the border of the property there is a beautiful stone chapel from 1898, built by the Czernins. Nearby is a national cultural monument - the hunting castle Jemčina. In the nearby surroundings you will find frequently visited places in South Bohemia - Třeboň, Červená Lhota Chateau, Jindřichův Hradec or Česká Kanada.
