The castle is located on a hill above the Jihlava River on the edge of the village of Luka. It is surrounded by a beautiful and extensive English park of 14 hectares, situated for the most part to the south of the castle building. The property has been completely renovated and meets both the social and private facilities of residences of this type. The chateau was built in the 16th century and took on its present Baroque appearance in the mid-18th century. It was not used as a noble residence after 1945 and has been sensitively renovated by the current owner for 7 years since 2000.
The rectangular chateau building has a basement and contains technical facilities and a wine cellar. The chateau itself has about 50 rooms. On the ground floor of the south facade is the main entrance to the chateau. The entrance corridor is followed by a hall from which it is possible to enter individual parts of the interior.
