The mansion was built on Renaissance foundations, which are preserved and restored in the underground part of the building, since then there have been many reconstructions with modern modifications.

Originally Renaissance, then Baroque (Baroque central passage and restored gates) and then Classical-style, the house stands on the site of the former Lazarus Garden, which was enriched in 1613-1617 by a house that probably formed the core of the present building. A major reconstruction of the internal layout took place in 1953-1954. From Hellichova Street, the house is entered through the main entrance, through a restored historic gate. Behind the glass vestibule is the lounge, which is connected to the left side with the dining room (45 sqm in total), the kitchen (11 sqm) and the conservatory (31 sqm). In this part is the guest bedroom (17 sqm) with en-suite bathroom. To the right, the ancient renovated cellars descend to the wine cellar (11 sqm) with a lounge (22 sqm) and a toilet. The stairs to the upper private floors are situated above the descent to the cellar.
On the first floor are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (16 sqm and 32 sqm), the larger of which has its own dressing room and terrace (13 sqm) with a charming view of Hellich and Nostic Streets. The interior has been recently renovated to preserve the remaining original historical features. The floors and staircase are made of solid oak, as well as the built-in furniture, and the bathrooms are tiled in marble. Two generations of the Dietzenhofer family, the most important architects of the Illusive Baroque, whose works are among the highlights of Czech and European Baroque architecture, lived in the immediate vicinity in the so-called Aichbauer or Dietzenhofer House.
