The building was constructed in 1897 according to the plans of Karlovy Vary architect Karel Heller. As a listed building, it was completely renovated in 2016 according to Italian engineer Stefano Stramigioli and completed by architects from the Soukup studio. Seven luxury apartments with spacious terraces in the courtyard or balconies facing the colonnade were created here.
