Technical winter break

Construction is temporarily suspended due to the winter break. Roof construction will begin depending on weather conditions. It is already clear that the future apartments will offer beautiful views of the surrounding area.

Construction of the 2nd floor completed

Construction has progressed to the completion of the third floor. It is currently suspended, awaiting conditions that will allow construction to continue. However, future apartment owners can look forward to weather that is favorable for excursions and sports all year round, and a road to the house that is always carefully maintained and passable.

Construction of the 2rd floor

Construction of the third floor has begun. Depending on weather conditions, the project will be under roof by spring and interior work will begin.

Construction of the first floor

The first floor is currently under construction. The shell of the building will be completed in the fall.

Construction continues successfully

Currently, the foundation of the building is underway and the first vertical structures are growing. The second floor is expected to be completed during September.

The price improvement will be completed with the sale of the first few apartments. We are currently negotiating their sale. If you are interested, we would be happy to provide you with further information in person.

After a pause caused by construction and market circumstances, the project starts again!

The original building has been removed from the site and depending on the weather conditions, the building will start to grow in height in the spring! On that occasion, we are introducing a temporarily discounted offer of apartments in a high-end design. Interested parties will also be pleased with personal negotiations and the possibility of client changes!
