Introducing the Alberice apartments
In the heart of the Giant Mountains, between Pec pod Sněžkou and Jánské lázně, in the picturesque romantic valley of Horní Maršov, within easy and quick reach of large ski resorts, we are building 11 mountain apartments from 1+kt to 3+kt with outdoor covered parking, common areas in the house and secure brick storage for bicycles and skis.
INTRODUCING ALBERICE APARTMENTS
The intention of the project is to create a luxurious second home for mountain lovers, freedom and full of life, who prefer a concept closer to private mountain chalets rather than tourist busy ski centres. The Alberice apartments are just that - living in the middle of nature, in peace and quiet, but within a convenient and quick driving distance to the main ski resorts in Pec and Janské Lázně, with their restaurants and entertainment and wellness centres, as well as to many smaller ski slopes in the vicinity. In the summer season you can get on the cycling and hiking trails, including the one to Sněžka, right from your door.

PROJECT ARCHITECTURE
The concept of the Albeřice Apartments project comes from the MORIX studio of the Pizinger family. In cooperation with the developer and his design office Kompozitura, a new stylish apartment living in the heart of the Krkonoše Mountains is being created. The Albeřice apartments are designed in the spirit of the most beautiful, modern mountain cottages in a luxuriously traditional style.

LOCATION
The village of Dolní Albeřice lies in a picturesque valley of the protected landscape area of the eastern Krkonoše Mountains. It is a part of the village Horní Maršov, situated at an altitude of 640-1008 m above sea level, only 12 km away from Pec pod Sněžkou. This is one of the most sought-after locations in the Krkonoše Mountains and offers countless possibilities for enjoyment in every season, and this offer is constantly expanding as the region develops.
