Three apartments, three different styles: meet the new Lofty Anděl project

The chamber project Lofty Anděl includes three exclusive apartments ranging from 104 to 138 m2. They are located on the fifth floor of a renovated corner building in Prague 5 and are in loft style. The original design of each of them reflects a different design - industrial, art deco or minimalist. They can become your new home at the end of this year. The sale of luxury apartments is exclusively handled by our real estate agency Luxent - Exclusive Properties.

On the top floor of the Neo-Renaissance corner house at the crossroads of Jindřicha Plachta and Nádražní streets, an exclusive project Lofty Anděl was created. The historic property underwent a thorough reconstruction of the facade, common parts of the house, cellars, elevator and roof simultaneously with the construction of luxury apartments. The stylish project offers three modern units with galleries and balconies, in which the loft atmosphere has been preserved to the maximum extent. "The height of the living rooms of 4.6 metres, the incorporation of chimney bodies or large studio windows... all this and the romantic views can be looked forward to by lovers of loft living. In the three stylish apartments we have created an attractive living space for the discerning, with exclusive standards of interior furnishings, and moreover in an original Prague house in a desirable location with the inspiring pulse of the city around," describes project manager of Luxent - Exlusive Properties Šárka Tichá.

The individual loft apartments, built into the attic space of a generous house, differ in interior style - the first is in industrial design, the second in art deco and the third in minimalism with the possibility of customization. All of them were designed by the architectural studio krea.tier.

Based on New York's Manhattan

The first loft, with a total usable area of 138 m2 including a gallery, balcony and basement, is characterised by its industrial design with an emphasis on the pillars of the gable wall, large custom-made roof studio windows and a sloping ceiling rising to the roof ridge. The rustic Dutch oak flooring, folded in a V-shape, became another characteristic feature. Metal features are also essential here, including the framed glazed doors, the staircase arched staircase to the gallery, the glazed ceiling overlooks and all the lighting.

The apartment is dominated by a spacious living room, separated from the kitchen by a brick chimney and a glass wall. Behind the pillar is the kitchen, which is connected to the dining area via an island with a hob. The living area is connected to the gallery by a designer staircase with a flight of curved steps. There are also two bathrooms and two bedrooms with skylights. The unit also has a balcony facing the quiet courtyard and looking out onto the rooftops of the surrounding houses.

Playing with the geometry of space

The design of the second loft with a 2+kk layout with a functional gallery and a spacious, newly renovated cellar and a total usable area of 104 m2 was inspired by the authentic ornamentation of the original apartment building. The result is the creation of a distinctive and inspiring interior in art deco style. Its supporting elements include luxurious hand-crafted Italian Foglie d' Oro Frammenti wood flooring supplied by Valen&Masar, original Cocci Calse Spaccato tiles, round columns, chimney bevelled pillars, metal elements and sloping ceilings up to the roof ridge.

The center of the apartment is the living room connected to the L-shaped kitchen, complete with an island. The room features the original chimneypiece, preserving the charming loft atmosphere while emphasizing the height of the entire space. At the same time, a cosy back room has been created behind it with an open view of the gallery. A bespoke staircase with built-in storage leads to it. A niche was created in the master bedroom for a practical built-in wardrobe and a glazed bathroom with a free-standing corner bath. A second bathroom with shower is then accessible from the apartment's hallway.

A touch of exclusivity is added by the luxurious floor coverings and large-format tiles in the bathrooms and hallway, which are inspired by the original terrazzo with burgundy and beige shades. Combining them gives you the basis for more art deco furniture finishing touches.

In the spirit of clean and modern design

lean and modern designThe last loft penthouse apartment 3 + kk with a total usable area of 129 m2, again with a spacious gallery, balcony and cellar, is conceived in a minimalist way using high quality natural materials. The aim is to let the very essence of the loft interior stand out, its distinctive shape framed by the shape of the roof and loft elements such as beams, sloping ceilings and pillars. The layout has created a separate space for the living room and the generous kitchen and dining room. The room is visually divided by a central chimney, around which a designer steel staircase turns and leads to the gallery. The loft has two bathrooms, one en-suite off the master bedroom.

"Again, this apartment is beautifully lit, warm and pleasantly airy. What's more, you'll be able to determine its final form and create your own feel for your home. However, if you prefer to entrust yourself in the hands of experienced architects and designers, we are ready to offer the precise services of our partner studio krea.tier, which is already working on the Lofty Anděl project," explains Šárka Tichá.

Be in the centre of the action

The renovated corner house with new lofts is situated in the heart of the Prague-Smíchov district. It is currently one of the fastest developing districts of Prague and has excellent civic amenities and transport accessibility. In fact, directly opposite the house there is Anděl metro station and stops, from where a dense network of tram lines leads. As far as driving is concerned, you can connect to the Jižní spojka or Strahov tunnel within a few minutes. In the immediate vicinity of the project there are primary and secondary schools, restaurants, fitness centres, offices and shops of all kinds, including the famous Nový Smíchov shopping centre with underground parking. Your leisure activities can include walks in the green - either in the nearby parks Na Skalce, Mrázovka, Sacré Coeur and Portheimka or along the Vltava riverbank, on Petřín or on Střelecký ostrov.
