We have opened a model house in the exclusive residential complex Březový háj in Předboj, Prague-East. The exterior and interior design of the villas was taken care of by the Morix studio of the Pizinger family. They gave the houses a new look and you definitely have a lot to choose from! Natural materials such as stone, metal, wood and baked clay bricks have become the supporting motif, which are used especially on centrally located buildings. In contrast, the selected houses have strikingly resonant lining of the lintels and windows with triple glazing. The Ruukki high-tech steel roof profile, reminiscent of traditional corrugated roofing, also fits in with this concept.
Of course, the project has kept greenery in mind, both in your private gardens and within the green space accessible to all residents.
